Agreement
By using TrueWright's website (truewright.com) or engaging TrueWright for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. TrueWright is operated by TrueWright LLC. For questions, contact us at hello@truewright.com.
Services
TrueWright designs, builds, and maintains professional websites for small and local businesses. Our standard offering includes:
- A custom-built website — designed from scratch for your business, not a template
- Copywriting for all standard pages
- On-page local SEO setup (title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, Google Search Console submission)
- Mobile-first responsive design
- Fast hosting on Cloudflare's global CDN
- Domain connection
- Monthly site maintenance, security patches, and content updates (up to 2 hours per month) included in the monthly fee
Services not included: Google Ads management, social media management, email marketing, logo design (unless agreed in writing), e-commerce checkout infrastructure, or multi-location franchise sites.
Pricing and payment
Setup fee: $500, due upon approval of your mockup and before build begins.
Monthly fee: $129/month, billed monthly after your site goes live. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Pricing is in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment details are collected and processed securely through our payment processor; TrueWright does not store card numbers.
Monthly fees are billed on the same day of the month as your site launch date. Invoices are sent by email. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of hosting until payment is received.
Free mockup
We offer a free one-page homepage mockup before any commitment. The mockup is built using real content from your business and your stated preferences. The mockup is provided as a preview only — it does not constitute a finished website and is not delivered as a deployable file. If you choose not to proceed after seeing the mockup, there is no charge and no obligation.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the setup fee. If your site is live and you are not satisfied with the quality of what we delivered, contact us within 30 days of launch and we will either fix the issues to your satisfaction or refund the $500 setup fee in full. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time with no further charges.
Refunds are not available if the dissatisfaction is due to content you provided (photos, copy, business information), scope changes made after build began, or services outside our stated offering.
Cancellation
There is no contract and no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@truewright.com. Your site will remain live until the end of the current billing period and then be taken offline. We will provide you with all source files for your site within 5 business days of cancellation.
Intellectual property
Your content is yours. Any text, photos, logos, or other materials you provide to TrueWright remain your property. Upon payment of the setup fee and all outstanding monthly fees, you own the final website we build for you — the HTML, CSS, and associated files. TrueWright retains no license to use your website or content after the relationship ends.
TrueWright may use a brief description of your project and a screenshot in our portfolio or case studies unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.
Limitation of liability
TrueWright is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amounts you paid to TrueWright in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm changes, your local competitive landscape, and the quality of your reviews and citations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
